The IDLPST started out as a group of individual and separate LP fan clubs, the biggest one of which was the Silver Valley Street Soldier Alliance, or SVSSA for short. When the SVSSA was incorporated in July of 2003, the IDLPST was given rights to the SVSSA message board, which gave the IDLPST the services that they needed, and the program that they desired. The Street Team Wars of August 2003 almost brought the newly founded IDLPST down to nothing, but with the King Street Treaty, the IDLPST was back into its conquering system. In October, after many different street team battles, the IDLPST claimed the area once held by the North Idaho Street Soldier Alliance, or NISSA and made a capital in Mullan, to go alone with the main state capital in Boise. In November of 2003, the last remains of the old Street Soldier Alliances were wiped off the face of Idaho, and the newly formed IDLPST became open to membership. In late November, the IDLPST started its outreach program, which has been connecting Linkin Park fans from all over the worked to generalized and generic but authentic promotional material. To this date, the IDLPST has almost 50 outreach members and around 150 total registered, non-outreach, members.
